Babu Burgers

Tonight I had the pleasure of trying Babu Burgers,
Oh what a treat...
We had it delivered and what I thought was super clever was that the bun was separated in the box.
One side was the salad and the other had the patty and the cheese. My question is, was this done in order for the salad to stay crispy rather than soggy? or just in order to fit in the box?...
Either way, Amazing burgers!!!
